After an oral order confirmation came the rude awakening, two weeks after the... announced delivery date of our awning. After several inquiries by email and phone about when the delivery and assembly would take place, we were informed that the company was withdrawing from the order (very briefly), they said they could not reach the roofer to install the awning. Not a word of apology or explanation. That means the awning was not even ordered.
We have really never experienced such customer service. Professionalism looks different. If someone wants to be totally kidnapped, this is the right place.

For me, a completely defective work was carried out and issued an... inappropriately overpriced bill. The craftsmen have repeatedly fallen on the uncovered parquet floor tools. A roller shutter motor is torn from its warehouse after a week. The second engine did not work after the second week. There were no reactions to two letters to the management. Have done the repairs now successfully. Apparently, this company can afford to deliver such a botch.
My conclusion: never again!mehr
